After you register you will be redirected to a brief, optional survey that will help us understand people’s reasons for using TEMPO and their current understanding of procrastination. Afterwards you will reach the TEMPO download page with instructions on how to access TEMPO.

Why do I have to register?

Because TEMPO is a free resource, protecting access to it through registration allows us to track the number of people downloading TEMPO. This helps us understand how many people may be benefitting from it.

We would also like to ensure that TEMPO is being used for non-commercial purposes only, and not being re-used or shared for profit. Requiring registration helps us safeguard TEMPO from unfair, commercial use.

The TEMPO toolkit is being made available as a free resource to be used solely for non-commercial personal, educational, or research purposes. Educational purposes include services delivered by a clinician, counsellor or coach aimed at supporting those who struggle with procrastination. By “non-commercial” we mean not intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or private monetary compensation. This specifically excludes using the TEMPO for activities where the primary purpose is profit, including, but not limited to, commercial exploitation, such as selling, renting, licensing, sublicensing, incorporating TEMPO into paid products, distributing TEMPO for profit, using TEMPO for marketing of products, or hosting the TEMPO on a platform that requires payment or is behind a paywall. Dr Sirois retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the TEMPO. Modifying the TEMPO is strictly prohibited.
